YANK IT!

About Gunther Line
Todd and Cassandra are your all-American family. Husband and wife with three sons plugging away in the world, grinding every week to succeed. They met in high school and are pursuing the American dream. Todd grew up on a dairy farm, learning early about the value of work ethic. Cassandra had dreams of attending the University of Kansas and becoming a businesswoman. Even though they both grew up on the east coast and loved it, they moved to the Midwest together. Cassandra entered college, and Todd began working in underground construction for a small company in the Kansas City area. Todd quickly climbed the ladder in this small company with his operator knowledge from the family farm and natural talent for leading projects. Todd moved into management in 2004 and helped guide the company to find new successful innovations and methodologies to push the company forward. Todd was always looking for process improvements and better ways to do business. He has now been in the underground construction industry for over 25 years. When microduct entered the underground construction scene, Todd quickly became familiar with the frustrations of losing pulls, getting dirt in the pipes, unproductive time wrapping duct tape on pulling tools, and wasted materials on the projects. He knew there had to be a better way. Four years ago, he woke from a dream with an idea of a new tool, and the Yank was born! The Yank was explicitly designed to save time and money, no longer buying multiple pulling tool for projects or wasting yards of ruined pipe. Todd often jokes that he built it too well because it is made from steel, and he is losing out on replacement sales. He always had an entrepreneur’s heart, but it took some time to convince his wife. After some serious campaigning, Gunther Line LLC was born in 2019. The name Gunther Line honors their sons. Todd and Cassandra are devoted to their three sons. They are the true line and reason, connection for everything in their lives. Todd and Cassandra have grown to appreciate the Midwest and are attempting to keep everything local. The family is trying to remain committed to manufacturing the product in the USA. They realize it is a little more costly than other products on the market, but it will outlast those tools and save time and material on your projects. It is an investment for an organization that will payback immensely over a lifetime of projects. We hope you love the Yank as much as we do and welcome feedback to keep improving the tool. Thank you for supporting products made in the USA, designed by a guy that probably is just like your friend at work, and believing in the family entrepreneurial spirit!

HOW IT
WORKS
Gunther Line is a micro-duct tooling company, and we make pullers to install multi-configuration of micro-duct/future path pipe. It just Yanks it through the ground, that easy—no more frustrations from trash on jobs sites from tape.
